Listed building DOFF façade cleaning

ProAltus Group was contracted to provide specialist access and installation services for the prestigious Carrington Street redevelopment project. This landmark mixed-use scheme involved transforming a former NCP car park into a super-prime development, featuring 28 luxury residential units and significant commercial space.


The stone cladding installation was succesfully completed within the project’s timelines, overcoming the height and access challenges inherent in the site. The use of specialised access methods, such as rope access and a spider crane, enabled the team to deliver a high-quality finish while maintaining safety standards throughout the process.
