The façade works at this prestige property in Cardiff involved extensive cleaning, structural repairs, and decorative re-coating to restore this landmark office building to its former glory. Bespoke access solutions, including crash deck gantries and safety netting, were implemented to ensure works were carried out efficiently and with minimal disruption to the busy city-centre location.
During the project, additional repairs were identified and addressed, including exposed reinforcement bars and damaged mastic seals.
